What You'll Do
Review Platform Management
• Own and optimise ContentStudio's profiles across G2, Capterra, GetApp, Software Advice,
Trustpilot, TrustRadius, SiteJabber, Product Hunt, AppSumo, Google Play, and the App
Store.
• Run compliant, always-on review generation campaigns with real customers to improve
rating, volume, and category rankings.
• Reply to critical and negative reviews publicly with calm, helpful, on-brand responses.
• Identify reviews that violate platform policy and file well-documented disputes to get them
corrected or removed.
• Track each platform's verification requirements, ranking factors, and policy changes, and
adjust our approach accordingly.Community & Reddit
• Participate authentically in relevant subreddits and communities where ContentStudio and
competitors are discussed.
• Understand subreddit-specific rules, self-promotion limits, and moderator expectations well
enough to never get the brand banned.
• Monitor and respond to mentions, questions, and criticism of ContentStudio across forums
and communities in a way that reads as genuinely helpful, not promotional.
SEO, Search & AI Visibility
• Monitor branded search results and identify why third-party listicles or comparison sites
outrank ContentStudio's own pages.
• Read and act on Google Search Console and rank tracking data to improve on-page SEO
(titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking) and backlink/anchor text profile.
• Track and influence how mentions and citations across the web shape what AI assistants
(ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, etc.) say about ContentStudio.
• Pitch editors and bloggers for inclusion or correction in roundups, "best of" lists, and
comparison posts.
Monitoring & Reporting
• Build and maintain a complete, organised view of every meaningful mention of
ContentStudio across the web.
• Use monitoring tools to track sentiment, volume, and emerging issues, and flag risks before
they escalate.
• Report clearly and regularly to stakeholders on reputation health, review platform
performance, and search visibility.
• Work independently — set your own priorities day to day based on what the data and the
web are telling you.
What We're Looking For
Must Have
• 3–4 years of experience in online reputation management, community management, social
media, or customer-facing content marketing. SaaS experience strongly preferred.
• Genuine Reddit fluency — you understand karma, subreddit culture, moderator rules, self-
promotion limits, and why brands get banned, and you can name specific communities you
actively participate in.
• Working knowledge of SEO: how search results are ranked, keyword intent, on-page basics,
backlinks and anchor text, branded search results, and why comparison-query listicles often
outrank a brand's own site.
• Comfort reading Google Search Console and rank tracking data, and turning it into action.
• Understanding of how mentions and citations across the web influence what AI assistants
say about a brand.
• Hands-on experience owning and optimising profiles on at least a few of: G2, Capterra,
GetApp, Software Advice, Trustpilot, TrustRadius, SiteJabber, Product Hunt, AppSumo,
Google Play, and the App Store — including their review policies, verification processes,
category rankings, compliant review generation, public replies to critical reviews, and how to
dispute policy-breaking reviews.
• Excellent written English — you sound like a helpful, credible person, not a brand account.
• Calm judgment under public pressure and a thick skin for hostile threads.
• Strong research ability — you can find and organise every mention of a brand across the
web.
• Comfort with monitoring tools, and the ability to work independently, set your own priorities,
and report clearly.
Nice-to-Haves
• Experience in social media management, marketing, or creator tools.
• Outreach experience pitching editors and bloggers for inclusion or corrections in roundups
and comparison posts.
• Familiarity with schema markup, entity accuracy, and Google Business Profile.
• Spreadsheet and dashboard comfort for sentiment and mention tracking.
• Experience running an AMA, product launch, or community campaign.
